'Le Guischet' is rented per week from Saturday

to Saturday.

When there are no tenants before or after your intended stay, there is a possibility to come or leave on another day, but only after consultation with us.

Please consult us if you have different demands.

The prices below are per week and include gas/water, but exclude tourist taxes/electricity and other eventual extras (see below).

                                          • from 04/04 to 25/04               € 870,00 /week

                                          • from 25/04 to 27/06               € 760,00 /week

                                          • from 27/06 to 22/08             € 1090,00 /week

                                          • from 22/08 to 05/09               € 980,00 /week

                                          • from 05/09 to 19/09               € 760,00 /week

                                          • from 19/09 to 31/12/2026                    closed

A tourist tax for 2026 will be calculated per person and per night according to the rates known for that year and must be paid at your arrival. Minors are exempt from this tax. 

Other extras (also see Rental Conditions) :

                • Deposit                    € 250,00

                • Final cleaning           €   80,00

                   or  € 100,00 > 1 animal

                   and € 15,00 par additional hour if the state of the house requires this after your leaving.

                • Bed linen               on demand

                • Towels                   on demand

                • Household linen      on demand

                • Child’s bed             on demand

                • Electricity                €     0,25 / KWh : will be charged when consummation is > 20 KWh/day

                • Wood (for heating)   €    75,00 /m3
